Our commitment to making the CFM Shop welcoming and usable for everyone.

Chicago Food Magazine wants its online store to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our approach

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our storefront is built with semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus states, text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, reduced-motion support, and responsive layouts.

Feedback and support

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email store@chicagofoodmagazine.com. Include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology or browser you used when helpful. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in another accessible format and to correct the issue.

Third-party services

Some checkout, payment, fulfillment, or embedded services are provided by third parties. We encourage those providers to maintain accessible services and will assist customers who encounter a barrier.
