Chicago Food Magazine merchandise is made to order. Please review product details and sizing before checkout, because we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, an incorrect size selection, or a change of mind after production begins.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at store@chicagofoodmagazine.com within 30 days after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost packages
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or a package appears lost, contact us no later than 30 days after the carrier's estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and our fulfillment partner.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order. We can cancel an order or change its address only before production begins. Once production or fulfillment has started, changes are not guaranteed.
Approved returns
Do not send an item back without return instructions. Returns sent to a manufacturer or fulfillment address without authorization might not be received or refunded. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct address and instructions. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with any original packaging unless the item is defective.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers can require additional processing time after a refund is submitted.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
