Shipping policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Each Chicago Food Magazine item is made to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.

Production

Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days. Complex embroidery, peak periods, product availability, or quality checks can add time. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available services, rates, and current delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on the items and destination. Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages, and each package can have its own tracking number.

Tracking

We will send tracking information when a package ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to begin updating after a label is created.

Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong. We can update it only before fulfillment begins. Additional shipping charges can apply when a package is returned because of an incomplete, incorrect, or unclaimed address.

Delays and lost packages

Carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or other events outside our control can occur. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the time stated when it was placed, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment estimate, and explain how to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If a package appears lost, contact store@chicagofoodmagazine.com no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

International orders

When international delivery is offered at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
