Are these official neighborhood products?

They are original Chicago Food Magazine designs inspired by Chicago food culture. They are not produced by a neighborhood association, restaurant, or city agency unless a product page says otherwise.

When will my order ship?

Most products are made within 2-5 business days before carrier transit begins. Current rates and estimated delivery dates appear at checkout. Different items can ship separately.

Why is everything made to order?

Producing after checkout helps avoid unnecessary overproduction and lets us offer a broader neighborhood collection.

How should I choose a size?

Use the measurements and fit notes on the product page or review the complete size guide. Some garment-dyed styles run small, so the product-specific note matters.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind or incorrect size. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are covered. Review the returns policy for instructions.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Email store@chicagofoodmagazine.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Do you ship outside the United States?

If your destination is available at checkout, we can ship there. Recipients are responsible for duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees unless checkout states otherwise.

Who makes and ships the products?

Chicago Food Magazine creates the designs. Printful prints or embroiders, packs, and ships each order.
